DOC Services is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment at customer sites. You will travel to locations, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 5 years of HVAC/R experience with walk-ins and ice machines, a valid EPA certification, a clean driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office on mobile devices.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience, including servicing walk-in freezers, reach-in freezers, coolers, ice machines.
• Valid EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and mobile phone applications to complete work orders and document service activities.
• Ability to cross-train on additional equipment to expand your skills and support year-round work.
• Ability to provide your own set of tools necessary to perform equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage service calls, and communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including walk-in freezers, reach-in freezers, coolers, and ice machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep systems running efficiently.
• Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
• Inspect equipment and complete repairs using hand and power tools.
• Identify parts and supplies needed to complete repairs and resolve service calls efficiently.
• Document service activities and communicate updates with store managers, DOC supervisor, and office administrator.
• Maintain company vehicle and keep tools in good working condition.
• Follow DOC safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other duties to support customers and team.
