Job summary

DOC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Technician to travel to customer locations, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial equipment.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and reliability of systems. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of HVAC/R experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile apps to document service work.
• Must be able to provide own set of tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Identify and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
• Inspect equipment, identify defective components, and complete repairs with hand/power tools.
• Identify parts needed and document service calls efficiently.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to supervisors and offices.
• Maintain company vehicle and keep tools in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other duties to support customers and team.
