Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking a Project Superintendent for a commercial HVAC installation on a project in Aspen, CO. You will lead on-site installation, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with the Central Services Center to ensure materials, access, and permits are in place.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial HVAC, experience with VRF systems, ability to read blueprints, and a proven track record of directing install crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on commercial HVAC experience.
• Proficiency with VRF Systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer documentation.
• Physical capability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces.
• Solid troubleshooting instincts when installation challenges arise.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 required.
• Demonstrated experience leading install crews.
• Proven ability to manage execution risk.
• Strong working knowledge of safety, quality, and field documentation expectations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project management, estimating, and operations leaders.
