The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial HVAC or construction, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or construction projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and customer deliverables.
• Knowledge of project controls, contract administration, and CM best practices.
• Manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer focus.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Develop execution plans, timelines, staffing requirements, and budget forecasts.
• Monitor project profitability through cost tracking, labor analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and material deliveries to support project schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead project review meetings and communicate progress, risks, and action plans to key stakeholders.
• Evaluate documents, specifications, and contract requirements to identify scope concerns.
• Administer project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change requests, POs and records.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, budget challenges, and operational issues with proactive solutions.
• Manage subcontractor performance and accountability for quality and schedule.
• Support project team development through coaching, training, and communication.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate commissioning, closeout documentation, punch lists, and turnover.
