Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to lead retrofit and replacement projects in Macedonia, OH. The role offers a strong hands-on leadership path with opportunities to advance into senior field leadership and project management.

You will mentor technicians, organize field operations, and ensure quality workmanship on complex commercial HVAC systems while maintaining schedule and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial HVAC installation and retrofit experience.
• Experience with large commercial equipment (boilers, chillers, RTUs).
• Ability to independently lead equipment replacements and crews while hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Take the technical lead on retrofit and replacement projects.
• Lead a hands-on crew, plan daily work and assign tasks.
• Coordinate setting, rigging, piping, electrical, controls and commissioning.
