Job summary

Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician to diagnose, service, and optimize complex HVAC systems on site across commercial facilities.

You will lead on jobsites, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering top-quality customer service and performance improvements. Responsibilities include troubleshooting RTUs, chillers, boilers, BAS interfaces, and commissioning equipment to specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• OSHA-10 preferred; OSHA-30 strongly preferred.
• State HVAC license or equivalent (where required by jurisdiction).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and control sequences.
• Commission new equipment and verify operation per manufacturer specs.
• Lead on jobsites and mentor junior technicians.
• Complete service tickets and maintain documentation.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
