Job summary

Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning, LLC seeks a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to grow service revenue across Central and Northeast Ohio. You will lead with expertise and cultivate long-term client loyalty through trust, not transactions, focusing on PM contract sales and energy retrofit opportunities.

Responsibilities include prospecting, facility assessments, pipeline management, and collaboration with service leadership to price and win multi-trade opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in commercial HVAC or related building systems.
• Proven track record closing maintenance contracts and expanding a multi-account territory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close preventive and predictive maintenance agreements with commercial accounts.
• Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline and own the full sales cycle from contact to contract.
• Maintain relationships with facility managers, owners, engineers, and procurement decision-makers.
• Represent MOAC at industry events to expand brand visibility and referrals.
• Collaborate with service and estimating teams to develop scopes and pricing for opportunities.
