Job summary

Sharp Spoon Network is seeking a Commercial Business Development Executive for restoration and related services. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new commercial accounts, leveraging a strong network to generate significant revenue.

A base salary plus commission offers strong earning potential. The ideal candidate will possess a proven sales track record, established relationships with commercial decision-makers, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, sales, and managing relationships.
• Established network of commercial relationships to develop opportunities.
• Experience speaking with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Background in commercial restoration, disaster recovery, or related industries is desirable.
• Experience selling into the insurance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial clients and long-term relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, risk and insurance professionals.
• Originate opportunities, manage the sales process, and convert leads into revenue.
• Develop strategic accounts for repeat and long-term business.
• Conduct in-person presentations with senior decision-makers and negotiate agreements.
• Position the company as a trusted resource for restoration and related services.
