Zusammenfassung

gpac is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager in the Restoration industry to drive new business opportunities across commercial sectors and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Dallas area.

You will collaborate with internal teams to transition projects from sales to operations and represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions as part of an established Business Development team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors.
• Strong relationships/ experience in verticals such as senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and/ or property management
• Track record of generating and closing large commercial opportunities.
