Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years in Claims/Insurance, or an equivalent Zurich program.
• Or an associate degree with 3+ years in Claims/Insurance.
• 3+ years of experience with claims/insurance in any pathway.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-party commercial lines claims with moderate to high exposure and complexity.
• Follow established best practices and protocols for efficient claims handling.
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused claims experience.
