Job summary

System One, partnering with a manufacturing client, is seeking a Senior Finance professional to support pricing strategy, revenue growth, forecasting, and margin analysis. This role acts as a key finance business partner to commercial and operational teams.

You will develop reporting, dashboards, and models to drive profitable growth, analyze bookings and pricing trends, and contribute to strategic pricing actions and performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or related finance experience.
• Experience supporting pricing analysis, forecasting, and sales metrics preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and business leaders to support pricing decisions and revenue growth.
• Analyze bookings, backlog, shipments, pricing trends, and margin performance.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, reforecasts, and variance analyses.
• Develop dashboards and financial models to improve visibility into business drivers.
• Support pricing actions and strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial, operational, and financial objectives.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes and data quality.
