Job summary

System One is partnering with a manufacturing client to hire a Senior Finance professional who will support pricing strategy, revenue growth initiatives, forecasting, and margin analysis. This senior finance partner will work with commercial and operational teams to deliver actionable insights that drive profitable growth and improved financial performance.

The role focuses on pricing decisions, forecasting accuracy, and developing dashboards and financial models to monitor key business drivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, or related function.
• Manufacturing/industrial/operational industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting pricing analysis, forecasting, and sales performance metrics preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis capabilities with ability to interpret large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze bookings, backlog, shipments, pricing trends, and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities.
