Job summary

Leica Biosystems Inc. in Deer Park, IL is seeking a US Commercial Finance Manager. You will provide financial leadership to the US Commercial organization, drive performance analytics, and guide pricing and profitability decisions from on-site offices in Deer Park.

Responsibilities include KPI delivery, revenue optimization, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Service and leadership to ensure growth and sound financial governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; 5+ years in commercial finance or FP&A; Master’s with 3+ years counted.
• Strong understanding of orders, revenue, pricing and profitability metrics.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Able to partner with sales/commercial leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leadership to manage reporting and KPIs across orders, revenue, funnel, pricing, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis to optimize growth and competitiveness.
• Provide financial oversight of investments including marketing and incentive programs.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reviews with variance analysis and risk assessment.
• Develop business cases for growth initiatives and resource allocation.
