Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to work with Finance and Sales on performance analysis, pricing and cost review across products. The role emphasizes reporting, dashboards, automation and strategic financial planning.

You will partner with Sales and Pricing teams, perform monthly forecasts and long-term planning, and translate complex data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business and/or related field.
• 5+ years of finance experience or related field.
• Experience in financial modeling, planning or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee accurate and timely financial reports to support Sales decisions.
• Automate and improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Develop dashboards and BI tools to monitor commercial performance.
• Analyze P&L and customer data to drive profitable growth.
• Evaluate financial outcomes of actions and align with forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pricing to provide insights and improve processes.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Define KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses for leadership on strategic moves.
• Support internal controls and audit requirements.
