You will shape a flexible portfolio, balance near-term wins with long-term capability building, and drive adoption and continuous improvement through disciplined value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in data science, analytics, or related field with production solutions.
• 3+ years of people leadership building and developing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of data science products, from framing to deployment and adoption.
• Prioritize solutions that integrate into business processes and frontline decision-making.
• Partner with IT, Data Eng, Product, Analytics, and platform teams to ensure robust data pipelines and architecture.
• Drive measurement of pilots, experiments, and post-launch performance with clear value outcomes.
