BLHI in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced estimator to quantify project components, develop unit prices and solicit subcontractors. You will work with BIM tools to generate renderings and virtual logistics plans, and negotiate pricing with vendors.

Ideal candidates have 1–10 years in estimating and hold a related college degree. Proficiency in Timberline, Isqft, On Screen Take-off, AutoCAD, Revit and related software is preferred. This is an on-site role in a private office environment.
