Job summary

BLHI seeks an experienced estimator to quantify project components, develop unit prices and solicit subcontractor bids. You will work with BIM tools to generate renderings and logistics plans while negotiating pricing with subcontractors and vendors.

Proficiency in Timberline, Isqft, On Screen Take-off and design software like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks is preferred. The role requires 1–10 years in estimating and a college degree in a relevant field, with a proactive approach to industry events

Qualifications

• 1-10 years of experience in an estimating environment.
• College degree in a relevant major is required.

Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-off: quantify components for pricing.
• Develop unit prices for project components.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors.
• Engage in Building Information Modeling workflows.
• Generate renderings and virtual logistics plans.
