Job summary

InPwr, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Commercial Electrical Construction Service Manager to lead service projects, uphold safety policies, and drive results for a growing electrical design-build firm with national reach.

The role requires strong electrical knowledge, project leadership, and the ability to manage multiple technicians while maintaining client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Ability to manage and schedule multiple service technicians and projects.
• Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and the NEC.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a Senior technician role with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service projects to exceed customer expectations and ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Manage financials, project planning, and resource allocation to minimize financial slippage.
• Coordinate scheduling and site activities; communicate with customers and technicians.
• Review work orders, submittals, and change orders; ensure customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Assist with design/build activities as required; ensure proper project initialization and close-out.
