Food Management Search, Inc. client in Milford, CT, seeks a Project Manager with experience in commercial electrical projects.

You will lead day-to-day PM on jobs ranging from $300K to $4M, assist in estimating, and hit ground running. The role is 60% office and 40% on job sites across CT; reports to Head of Construction; must manage multiple active jobs; OSHA 30 preferred; E-2 license preferred; McCormick estimating software experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial electrical
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Proficient with project coordination and scheduling

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across CT
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients and vendors for timely delivery
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit job sites (company vehicle provided)
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs and change requests
• Maintain clear updates with Head of Construction and document progress
• Uphold OSHA safety standards on job sites and ensure compliance
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, with minimal errors
