Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager experienced with Commercial Electrical jobs in Milford, CT. The role leads day-to-day management for projects from $300K to $4M and supports estimating for smaller projects and change orders.

The position requires a hands-on, field-savvy professional who can hit the ground running, with 60% office-based work and 40% on job sites across CT. OSHA 30 and an E-2 license are preferred, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management within the commercial electrical industry.
• E-2 electrical license in Connecticut is preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong field background.
• Estimating experience preferred (especially change order estimates).
• Proficient with project coordination and scheduling.
• Familiarity with McCormick estimating software is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across the state of Connecticut.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit job sites regularly (company vehicle provided).
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests.
• Maintain constant communication with the Head of Construction and ensure updates are tracked and communicated clearly.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Deliver jobs on time, within budget, and with minimal errors.
