Confident Search Consultants seeks a Project Manager with hands-on, field-savvy experience in commercial electrical work for CT-based projects from $300K to $4M. Position involves estimating support for smaller jobs and change orders, with a focus on delivering on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in PM, OSHA 30, and strong leadership and communication skills. Home base is Milford, CT, with a 60% office/40% field schedule and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in the commercial electrical industry.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred or required to obtain.
• E‑2 electrical license in Connecticut is preferred.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial/industrial electrical projects across Connecticut.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit sites (company vehicle provided).
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
