Zusammenfassung

Our client, a Milford, CT-based commercial electrical contractor, seeks a Project Manager with 4+ years of PM experience on commercial electrical projects ranging up to multi‑million dollars. You will lead day-to-day management, coordinate with foremen, clients, and vendors, supervise safety, and assist in estimates for smaller jobs.

The role requires hands-on field savvy and the ability to hit the ground running.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of project management in the commercial electrical industry.
• E-2 electrical license in CT is preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong field background and hands-on approach.
• Estimating experience preferred (change orders).
• Proficient in project coordination and scheduling.
• Familiarity with McCormick estimating software is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple commercial/industrial electrical projects in CT.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and site visits (company vehicle provided).
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs and change requests.
• Maintain clear updates to Head of Construction.
