Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager experienced with commercial electrical jobs to lead day-to-day management for CT projects ranging from small to large-scale.

The role involves coordinating with foremen, subcontractors, and clients across the state, with a hands-on field presence and company vehicle for site visits. Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in commercial electrical projects.
• E-2 electrical license in CT preferred.
• Willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across CT.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and site visits (company vehicle provided).
• Handle small project and change order estimating.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and changes.
• Maintain communication with Head of Construction; track updates.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance on job sites.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
