Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Project Manager experienced with Commercial Electrical jobs in Connecticut. You will lead day‑to‑day project management for jobs ranging from $300K to $4M and assist in estimating for smaller projects and change orders. 60% office-based, 40% on job sites with a company vehicle.

We require 4+ years in PM for commercial electrical work; CT E‑2 license preferred; OSHA 30 certification encouraged. Competitive base salary on a negotiable range with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management within the commercial electrical industry.
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
• E-2 electrical license in CT (preferred)
• Estimating experience preferred (especially change orders)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial/industrial electrical projects across CT.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors for timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit job sites (vehicle provided).
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests.
• Maintain communication with Head of Construction and track updates.
