Job summary

KingRecruitingServices seeks a Project Manager with 4+ years in commercial electrical to lead multiple CT projects from Milford. You will coordinate with crews, clients, and vendors, manage estimates for changes, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. A company vehicle is provided and OSHA safety standards are emphasized.

The role requires a strong field background, CT E-2 license (preferred), and a commitment to safety and quality across commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in commercial electrical.
• E-2 electrical license in CT preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience estimating and handling change orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across CT.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit job sites regularly (company vehicle provided).
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests.
• Maintain constant communication with Head of Construction and ensure updates are tracked and communicated clearly.
• Uphold safety standards and OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Deliver jobs on time, within budget, and with minimal errors.
