Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Project Manager for commercial electrical projects based in Milford, CT. You will lead day-to-day PM activities for jobs ranging from $300K to $4M, assist with estimating for smaller projects and change orders, and hit the ground running in a hands-on, field-savvy role.

The position involves 60% office work and 40% on job sites across CT, with a company vehicle provided. OSHA 30 certification and CT E-2 license preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in commercial electrical.
• E-2 electrical license in Connecticut preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 30.
• Strong field background and scheduling experience.
• Estimating experience preferred (change orders).
• Proficient with project coordination and scheduling.
• Familiarity with McCormick estimating software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across CT.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and site visits (company vehicle provided).
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests.
• Maintain communication with Head of Construction and ensure updates are tracked.
• Uphold safety standards and OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Deliver jobs on time, within budget, with minimal errors.
