Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience in commercial electrical jobs in Milford, CT. You will lead day-to-day project management for projects ranging from hundreds of thousands to several million dollars, assist in estimating for smaller jobs and change orders, and hit the ground running.

We require 4+ years of PM experience in the commercial electrical sector, plus preferred CT E‑2 license and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial electrical.
• Experience estimating change orders is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across CT.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit job sites regularly (company vehicle provided).
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs, and change requests.
• Maintain communication with Head of Construction and ensure updates are tracked.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, with minimal errors.
