IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, seeks a full-time commercial Electrical Foreman in Lithia Springs, GA. The role involves supervising craft workers, interpreting blueprints, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating project labor requirements.

Minimum 6-10 years of relevant electrician experience, with a State Electrical License strongly preferred and OSHA 30 or ability to obtain. Pre-employment and MVR checks may be required; travel could be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years recent commercial electrician experience or related experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
