IES Commercial Inc. - C&I Division in Lithia Springs, Georgia, is seeking a skilled supervisor with a minimum of 6-10 years of recent commercial electrician experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating craft worker activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and performing quality inspections. A state electrical license is strongly preferred, along with OSHA 30 training or the ability to obtain it. Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years recent commercial electrician experience or related experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Confirms completion and documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
