IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a part of IES Holdings, is seeking a full-time commercial Electrical Foreman in Lithia Springs, Georgia.

The position involves supervising craft workers, interpreting blueprints and job orders, and ensuring safety and quality on site. Candidates should have significant commercial electrician experience and preferably a State Electrical License, with OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.

Competenze

• Minimum 6-10 years recent commercial electrician experience or related experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.

Mansioni

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
