Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Pecos, Texas, is seeking a full-time electrical foreman to supervise craft workers, interpret blueprints, and plan labor needs on commercial projects.

Candidates should have 6–10 years of commercial electrician experience, a state electrical license is strongly preferred, and OSHA 30 or the ability to obtain it. Travel may be required; work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years recent commercial electrician experience or related experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
