Job summary

DuraServ is seeking experienced technicians to diagnose with precision, install with pride, and own the outcome of commercial dock and door systems in El Paso, TX. You will install, service, and maintain equipment to manufacturer standards, and diagnose root causes across mechanical and electrical systems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with welding, hydraulics, and fabrication, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Valid, current state-issued driver’s license; daily travel to customer sites.
• Ability to meet physical demands: outdoors, frequent ladder use, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade schooling considered a plus.
• Hands-on welding, mechanical, hydraulics or electrical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment per manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose root causes across mechanical and electrical systems; document work performed.
• Fabricate brackets and hardware with hand/power tools; read manuals/diagrams.
• Communicate status with customers; support team on larger installations.
