Job summary

Metric DCX, a data center developer, is seeking a Director of Development & Construction to lead hyperscale projects from early development through design and construction handover across a growing national portfolio.

You will oversee entitlements, permitting, utilities and site development, coordinate engineers and external consultants, and work with senior leadership on strategy and feasibility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

I'm partnering with a well-capitalized, rapidly expanding data center developer to appoint a Director of Development & Construction as they continue to grow their hyperscale portfolio across the US.
