Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI to drive end-to-end analytical workstreams for DePuy Synthes global Commercial systems. You will build trusted datasets, KPI frameworks, and deliver AI-enabled insights to improve lead generation, opportunity management, and customer engagement.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Strategies to ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI practices, while mentoring analysts and improving data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing analytics with CRM/lifecycle measurement.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical plans and actionable insights.
• Experience with CRM and commercial platforms and modern data warehouses.
• Knowledge of data privacy and governance in CRM contexts.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern customer data assets and source-of-truth datasets with documented logic.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reproducibility across systems.
• Prototype generative AI use cases with guardrails and measurable outcomes.
• Lead analytics intake with cross-functional stakeholders and translate questions into hypotheses.
• Define KPI frameworks and translate data needs into usable models and insights.
• Ensure responsible AI governance and privacy controls.
• Mentor analysts in SQL best practices and data governance.
