Qualifications

• 3+ years of solid experience in commercial underwriting with financial analysis, risk ratings, structuring approvals and portfolio management.
• Experience preparing and completing Risk Rating scorecards and supporting credit decisions.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with loan structuring experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs underwriting and structuring of complex credit transactions.
• Researches and delivers financial, industry and economic analyses to support merchant exposure decisions.
• Negotiates credit terms while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coaches sales partners and Credit Products team to improve credit acumen.
• Serves as Credit approver in collaboration with Risk management and approves complex paths.
• Supports design and execution of credit solutions and manages asset quality.
