• Underwrite and structure complex credit transactions.
• Deliver financial, industry, and economic analyses to support approvals.
• Negotiate terms and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coach sales partners and credit teams to build credit acumen.
• Support credit approval process and provide deal justification.
• Collaborate with RM, GMS, TSO, Enterprise Credit, SAG, and product partners.
• Maintain knowledge of debt capital solutions, treasury management, and related credit exposure.
