Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience credit underwriting and structuring corporate lending transactions.
• Independent activity on complex and sensitive credit transactions.
• Strong knowledge of legal documentation (commitment papers, term sheets, credit agreements, intercreditor agreements).
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a client portfolio supporting underwriting and monitoring with limited to moderate complexity.
• Deliver financial modeling, loan structuring, and market/industry analyses to support loan decisions.
• Coach juniors and ensure compliance with laws and policy procedures.
• Lead loan structure conversations and complete loan documentation with internal/external counsel.
• Interface with clients, sponsors, and financial intermediaries to evaluate opportunities.
• Monitor client performance and proactively identify issues and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work with risk management for approvals and present to risk committees.
