Qualificações

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of policies and procedures, underwriting guidelines and RACs.
• Advanced knowledge of credit underwriting, financial accounting and loan documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of how a deal should be structured and comfortability with conversing this structure to lenders.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills needed to interact with loan officers, administrative staff and customers.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Strong credit skills.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the ongoing financial health of an assigned loan portfolio and maintain communication with clients and the business team for credit reporting and updates.
• Underwrite and structure new transactions as well as renewals, extensions, increases, and amendments.
• Lead external client meetings and internal deal discussions; identify and mitigate risks; advise on credit policy and loan structures.
• Review credit packages prepared by junior staff and provide guidance.
• Perform due diligence and analyses; prepare credit presentations; oversee closing documents.
• Approve transactions within lending authority when applicable.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for portfolio monitoring and compliance with loan terms.
• Validate and analyze financial reports and collateral; escalate issues and develop action plans.
• Ensure proper risk rating and monitoring of credits; report as required.
• Prepare quarterly and portfolio-management reports; participate in special portfolio projects.
