Job summary

One Community Bank in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst to evaluate credit risk by reviewing borrower and guarantor financial information and translating your analysis into clear lending recommendations.

You will own the bank’s most complex credit relationships, spread and analyze financial statements, prepare independent credit memos and loan presentations, and mentor other analysts while reinforcing credit policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4–5 years of commercial credit analyst experience in banking.
• Strong credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, and memo/presentation writing skills.
• Knowledge of banking accounting rules, regulations, and policies.
• Advanced Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
• Clear communication and mentoring/leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Spread and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Complete global cash flow and collateral analysis.
• Prepare independent credit memos and loan presentations.
• Complete annual relationship/loan reviews.
• Partner with lenders to gather and clarify financial details.
• Reinforce credit policies and provide feedback on department direction.
