Job summary

One Community Bank in Wisconsin and Oregon is seeking a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst to evaluate credit risk by reviewing borrower and guarantor financials and delivering clear lending recommendations. You’ll take ownership of the bank’s complex credit relationships and serve as a go-to resource for the analyst team.

You will spread and analyze financial statements, prepare independent credit memos and loan presentations, and support annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4–5 years of commercial credit analyst experience in banking.
• Strong credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, and memo/presentation writing skills.
• Knowledge of banking accounting rules, regulations, and policies.
• Advanced Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
• Clear communication and mentoring/leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Spread and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Complete global cash flow and collateral analysis.
• Prepare independent credit memos and loan presentations.
• Complete annual relationship/loan reviews.
• Partner with lenders to gather and clarify financial details.
• Reinforce credit policies while offering feedback on department direction.
