Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in commercial credit analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, actuarial science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Initiate preliminary financial statement, cash flow, and collateral analyses on loan requests.
• Recommend loan structure, financial reporting requirements, and covenants; prepare credit memos.
• Perform periodic credit reviews on aggregate relationships.
• Train, develop, and mentor credit team members.
• Participate in onsite visits with commercial lenders to businesses and real estate projects.
• Provide support for loan document preparation, funding, booking, servicing, and admin.
