• Five years of complex commercial credit analysis, commercial underwriting, or commercial loan review experience required.
• Three years of financial institution experience required.
• Two years of management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the commercial credit analyst team, including coaching, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Review underwriting activities, risk ratings, and credit recommendations for compliance with policies.
• Prepare financial spreads, narratives, and well-supported credit decisions.
• Monitor underwriting pipeline, turn times, and production goals.
• Collaborate with loan officers and management on loan structure and risk mitigations.
