Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for our client, a financial services organization, on a short-term contract to support an in-house legal team.

You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, vendor and professional services agreements, and related vendor partnerships, while coordinating with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• Prior in-house experience strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting technology, professional services, SaaS, or similar business environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate: Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
• Draft and review Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Draft and negotiate Vendor Agreements.
• Draft and negotiate Professional Services Agreements.
• Draft and negotiate Partnership and Alliance Agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support commercial transactions.
• Address contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI matters.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.
