Job summary

The role supports an in-house legal team with review, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements while collaborating with internal business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include drafting MSAs, SOWs, vendor and professional services agreements, and ensuring compliance on data privacy, cybersecurity and AI issues; you will provide

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience with technology, professional services, SaaS or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, PSAs, and partnership agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance and business teams to support commercial transactions.
• Identify and address contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI matters.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice and support negotiations from review to execution.
