Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney for a short-term contract to support an in-house legal team. You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, vendor, and professional services agreements while partnering with internal stakeholders.

The role requires a J.D. and active U.S. bar license with 3+ years of legal experience; in-house experience is strongly preferred, especially in technology, SaaS, or related environments.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• In-house experience strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting technology, professional services, SaaS, or similar environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs.
• Draft and negotiate SOWs and vendor agreements.
• Prepare and review Professional Services Agreements and Partnership/Alliance agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams on commercial transactions.
• Identify contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI matters.
• Provide practical legal advice to move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.
