Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for our client, a financial services organization. This short-term contract assignment will provide coverage for an in-house legal team and support the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements while partnering with internal business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active U.S. bar license.
• 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting technology, SaaS, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SOWs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Vendor, Professional Services, and Partnership agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams.
• Identify and address data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related contractual risks.
• Provide practical legal advice to move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.
