Qualifications

• J.D. with active U.S. bar license.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• In-house experience strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs.
• Draft and negotiate SOWs.
• Draft and negotiate vendor and professional services agreements.
• Draft and negotiate partnership and alliance agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, and finance to support commercial transactions.
• Identify and address contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI matters.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to move deals forward.
