Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for a short-term in-house contract with a financial services client. You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, vendor and professional services agreements, and partner with internal teams to move deals forward. The role requires a J.D.

and active U.S. bar, 3+ years of legal experience, and preference for in-house background with technology/SaaS experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license is required.
• 3+ years of legal experience in relevant fields.
• Prior in-house experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting technology, professional services, SaaS, or similar environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
• Negotiate and finalize Professional Services and Partnership/Alliance agreements.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support transactions.
• Identify contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI matters.
• Provide business-focused legal advice to move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.
