Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for a short-term contract to support an in-house legal team at a financial services organization. You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, vendor and professional services agreements, and partner with sales and finance to move deals forward. The ideal candidate holds a J.D.

and an active U.S. bar license, has 3+ years of legal experience, and brings in-house or technology transactions

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar license.
• 3+ years of legal experience.
• Prior in-house experience strongly preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting technology, professional services, SaaS, or similar business environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate: Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• Draft, review, and negotiate: Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Draft, review, and negotiate: Vendor Agreements
• Draft, review, and negotiate: Professional Services Agreements
• Draft, review, and negotiate: Partnership and Alliance Agreements
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support commercial transactions.
• Identify and address contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to help move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.
