Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney (Technology Transactions) for a short-term contract assignment to support an in-house legal team. The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements while partnering with internal business stakeholders.

The candidate should have a J.D. and active U.S. bar license, 3+ years of legal experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Prior in-house experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal experience.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements).
• Experience supporting technology, professional services, SaaS, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
• Draft and negotiate Professional Services Agreements and partnership agreements.
• Partner with sales, procurement, finance, and business teams to support commercial transactions.
• Identify contractual risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to move deals forward.
• Support contract negotiations from initial review through execution.
